I thought this was a cool 10 year before and after transformation that I stumbled upon yesterday on Instagram from Heber Cannon. I like his comment about starting to track macros in 2016 and he hasn’t stopped since!
2013 - 2023
175 lbs. - 165 lbs.
2013 I was trying to put on size. So I stuffed myself with everything I could. Constantly eating meals with over 2500 calories. I actually worked pretty hard to get to that weight.
In 2016 I started tracking macros and haven’t stopped since. (Sometimes more strict than others).
For instance the photo on the right, I had been really strict for almost 2 months and added in extra to my training to lean out.
Also… the lighting and actually flexing makes a HUGE difference.
